What is this SMM Panel Tool? +
This is a Media Buyer (SMM Panel) Tool that lets you buy social media services (followers, likes, views, comments, shares, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter (X), and more. All services are delivered through our integration with the SMMBirla API.
How do I place an order? +
  1. Select a category and service (or enter Service ID directly).
  2. Enter your link (Instagram post, YouTube video, etc.).
  3. Enter quantity (min 50, max 5000).
  4. Click Buy Now.
  5. Copy the UPI ID, pay the exact amount, then click Confirm & Paid.
  6. Wait for admin approval — your order will be delivered automatically.
How do I pay? +
We accept UPI payments only. On the payment page, you will see the UPI ID and the exact amount to send. Copy the UPI ID, open any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay), and send the exact amount shown. Then click Confirm & Paid.
Why must I send the exact amount? +
Every order receives a unique amount (e.g. ₹8, ₹13, ₹65). This unique amount is how we identify your payment. If you send a different amount, we cannot match it to your order and your order will not be processed.
Is there any service or processing fee? +
Yes. Every order includes a small processing fee to cover platform, API, and payment verification costs. The fee is calculated as follows:
  • 25% service fee on the base service cost.
  • ₹1 paisa charge if the base cost has any paisa (e.g. ₹2.50 → ₹3 before fee).
  • Rounding to whole rupees (no paisa in the final amount).
  • Small unique extra (₹1–₹9) added so each order can be identified by its amount.
Example: If the base service cost is ₹2.50:
  1. Paisa charge → ₹2.50 becomes ₹3
  2. + 25% service fee → ₹3 + ₹0.75 = ₹3.75
  3. Round to whole rupee → ₹4
  4. + unique extra (₹1–₹9) → final amount ₹5 to ₹13
This fee helps us keep the platform running smoothly and pay the SMMBirla API for every order you place.
How long does delivery take? +
Delivery time depends on the service. Most services start instantly or within 0–3 hours after admin approval. Some services (like gradual delivery) may take longer. The delivery time is mentioned in the service name.
Why is my order still "Pending"? +
All payments are manually verified by our admin. This usually takes a few minutes but may take up to a few hours. Once verified, your order is automatically forwarded to the SMMBirla API and delivered.
What if my payment is rejected? +
If your payment is rejected, it usually means one of the following:
  • The amount sent was different from the exact amount shown.
  • The payment was not actually received.
  • The order link or quantity was invalid.

Do you offer refunds? +
Refunds are only issued if the order cannot be delivered due to a fault on our side. If you have already received partial or full delivery, no refund is possible. Please contact support with your Order ID for any refund request.
Is my data safe? +
We do not store any sensitive data. Your order details (link, quantity, service) are stored only to process your order. Order history is saved in your own browser (localStorage) and never sent to third parties.
